  • If you change supplier before 31 March 2011 you may be charged a cancellation fee. The fees are £25 for electricity, £25 for gas and £50 for customers with Dual Fuel accounts
  • If you are an existing EDF Energy customer, you will have to leave your current tariff to move on to our Energy Discount Plan Version 2

6% discount off your bills for paying by monthly Direct Debit. That's a saving of up to £70* a year for a typical customer who takes both their gas and electricity with us and pays by monthly Direct Debit.

And a Dual Fuel discount of £8.40 a year if you take both fuels with us.

The important information

*Saving shown based on a customer with a typical annual consumption of 3,300Kwh of electricity and 20,500kWh of gas, paying by monthly Direct Debit for both and rounded down to the nearest £. The monthly Direct Debit discount is 6% off your gas and electricity bills which is credited quarterly, and is calculated prior to any other discounts and VAT being applied.
