Annual Fix Version 1

  • With Annual Fix Version 1 you'll have the opportunity to fix your prices every year you remain on this tariff. We'll notify you of the renewal date in advance
  • If you decide you do not want to stay on the Annual Fix Version 1 tariff you'll have 28 days to notify us and we will transfer you on to one of our other available products. If you tell us within this period you won't be charged a cancellation fee.
  • If you leave the tariff outside of your 28 day renewal period, you may be charged a cancellation fee. These are £25 for electricity, £25 for gas and £50 for customers with Dual Fuel accounts
  • Available for Dual Fuel or Electricity only customers
  • Online registration is only available to customers who agree to pay by Monthly Direct Debit. If you prefer to pay by cash/cheque ring on 0800 056 5927** (new customers) or 0800 096 9000** (existing customers).
  • The tariff's not available to prepayment customers
  • If you are an existing EDF Energy customer, you will have to leave your current tariff to move over to our Annual Fix Version 1 tariff

6% discount off your bills for paying by monthly Direct Debit. That's a saving of up to £70* a year for a typical customer who takes both their gas and electricity with us and pays by monthly Direct Debit.

And a Dual Fuel discount of £8.40 a year if you take both fuels with us.

The important information

*Saving shown based on a customer with a typical annual consumption of 3,300Kwh of electricity and 20,500kWh of gas, paying by monthly Direct Debit for both and rounded down to the nearest £. The monthly Direct Debit discount is 6% off your gas and electricity bills which is credited quarterly, and is calculated prior to any other discounts and VAT being applied. Not all products (i.e. certain fixed and online products) are eligible for the 6% monthly Direct Debit discount.
